Want to do a class style workout without a full class of people and without conforming to a set class time? Then this is the option for you! Sessions are available for 1 to 3 people and are designed to your interests. Want to learn how to kickbox? Want a boot camp style workout? HIIT? Strength training? Whatever your goal is I'll help you get there with these customized sessions utilizing all the available equipment I have to create fun and effective functional fitness workouts! Every single workout is different!
Larger groups can be accommodated for in either a park or a location you may have available. I'll bring the equipment if needed!

Personal training is so much more than just lifting weights. My scientifically proven methods start with an in depth assessment to learn about your health and fitness past and learn about your goals for your future. I will assess your posture, take measurements and put you through an extremely light workout to see where you stand physically. From these assessments I will put together a program that will address any postural issues along with a routine to reach your specific goals. I will also create a workout that you can do at home or at any gym based off any equipment you may have available to you in case you can only make it in for limited sessions each week.
The goal of our training is to correct any posture issues, increase your balance and stability (to reduce chance of injury working out and in everyday life!) and reach your goals, whether they be toning, increasing strength, losing fat, training for a specific sport or event, increasing speed, agility, etc.

"Abs are made in the kitchen." This is a long running quote in the fitness industry but it's 100% true. You can workout all you want, but if your nutrition isn't on point you're going to see very limited results. With your nutrition in check not only will you see the fat melt off but you will also see increased energy during your workouts and improvements in your everyday life.
Being a certified fitness nutrition specialist, I am well versed in most of the ways of eating out there. There is no magic plan that is best for everyone, so because of this I will put you through an intake process where I learn about you and your eating habits, your body and health history and put you on a plan that works for you and your lifestyle and goals.
**Since I am not a registered dietician or nutritionist I cannot write you an exact meal by meal plan HOWEVER I will be able to provide you the macronutrients you should be going for and sample complete meals you could eat! I will also provide you with lists of foods you should/can eat as well.**
